2. Maintain the pool one day a week (residential), or 3 days a week (commertial), monthly.

3. Net all debris & foreign objects out of pool on every visit.

4. Empty skimmer basket & clean scum, gutters on every visit.

5. Clean tile as needed.

6. Vacuum all debris as needed.

7. Brush wall & floors as needed.

8. Clean pool filters as needed.

9. Provide all chemical required to maintain pool in accordance with Fl code 64-E.

10. The filter and vac-pac to be clean & in operational condition 

-Pool and Spa resurfacing for both residential and commercial properties

-Pool cracks repairs

-Re-tiling

-Accidwash and re-plasting
